The most common reasons why your points not get registered are:
- you use your EuroBonus card at check-in but your EuroBonus is not added as frequent flyer in your reservation.
- you registered your EuroBonus number at check-in but only at the outward check-in
- the EuroBonus number is added as frequent flyer program in the booking but the name/spelling is not the same on the EuroBonus card and the name in the reservation.
- the ticket you purchased are not eligible for points. (i.e. certain booking classes, charter)
Note! The point is registered when the trip is completed and it might take longer before you see the points on your account when you travel with one of our partners.
